President – Jennie Scanlan
Ms. Scanlan has a background in Business Development working with the State of Colorado, Division of Parks & Outdoor Recreation. Now running her own Virtual Assistant & Business Development consulting firm, she assists small business owners and entrepreneurs in the areas of business organization, product development, planning, marketing, administration, and social media management.
Ms. Scanlan holds a Master’s Degree in International Business from the Baltic Business School, in Kalmar Sweden.
Vice President – Paul Kullman
Since 1998, Mr. Kullman has served in Beijing, São Paulo, Brussels and Guadalajara as a Commercial Diplomat for the U.S. Department of Commerce. He is currently doing a domestic tour at the U.S. Export Assistance Center in Denver. Mr. Kullman has an entrepreneurial background, having founded and managed four private companies in the trade, education, art and real estate sectors.
He holds a BA in journalism from San Diego State University, an MA in international relations from San Francisco State University and another MA in political science from George Washington University. Mr Kullman speaks Portuguese, Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, German, French, Swedish and English.
Secretary – Marie Forsberg-Mare
Ms. Forsberg-Mare is an experienced executive within B2B Marketing, Sales and Business Development on the global arena. She has a history of 15+ years as Product Manager/Director of Sales and Marketing of frequency control products for telecom applications. She is also a skilled market analyst, researcher and project manager, e.g. for development of digital tools for gathering, analyzing and visualizing data. As consultant and owner of SveUS she utilizes her skills and experience to provide leadership, project management, strategic planning, process improvements and creative support such as website building, copywriting and social media.
Ms. Forsberg-Mare studied International Business & Marketing at IHM Business School and Business & Office Admin. at Handelsinstitutet Ehlins-Påhlmans, Stockholm.
Treasurer – Ulrika Grau
Ms. Grau is a financial controller with over 15 years experience working with large international corporations as well as start-ups in the media, technology and manufacturing industries. Her background includes big 5 auditing, corporate financial controlling, and consulting. She holds a BS and MA in Finance from the University of Uppsala, Sweden.
Director – Ceridwen J. Koski
Admitted to the state bars of Colorado, Arizona and New York, Ms. Koski is an immigration attorney that has experience working with clients that range from Fortune 500 companies, individual investors, start-up companies, U.S. branches of global corporations, and entertainers. She has been an active member of SACC-CO and SACC-NY since 2011 and routinely works with Nordic companies doing business in the U.S.
Director and Honorary Member – Don Peterson
Mr. Donald Glenn Peterson, Attorney at Law, has extensive experience helping clients navigate through the complexities of estate planning, estate administration and elder law.
The position as Honorary Consul of Sweden is filled by Mr. Peterson in which he covers the states of Colorado, Wyoming and New Mexico.
Director – Richard Goering
Mr. Goering is an accomplished Executive with domestic and international experience in sales, operations, customer service excellence, and marketing involving both start-up and growth organizations. Substantiated track record of increasing sales, bottom line growth while spearheading operational improvements to drive productivity and reduce cost with globally branded products. He currently leads the North and Latin American businesses, as Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations for Bona.
Director – Bill Powell
Director – Eva Månsson-Blair
Ms. Månsson-Blair is a marketing leader with over 15 years of financial services experience. She has a proven track record of developing and implementing strategic marketing programs that increase market share, cross-sell products and services, and build customer loyalty. Ms. Månsson-Blair holds a BS in International Business and a MA in Finance from the University of Uppsala, Sweden.
Director – Chandrika Nasstrom
Ms. Nasstrom has an educational bachelor degree from Linköpings University and an Associate degree from Northern Virginia Community College. She has worked as a marketing assistant for SACC Washington DC and Executive assistant for the Swedish company Mercuri Urval. Last years has her focus been on starting up operating investment properties both in DC and Colorado.
Director – Axel Sjoberg
Mr. Sjöberg is a professional soccer player currently enjoying his fourth season with the Colorado Rapids in Major League Soccer. He joined SACC-CO in 2017 and started the SACC-CO Young Professionals group the same year. In addition to being on the board, his responsibilities will revolve around running and growing the Young Professional’s group.
For education, Mr. Sjöberg holds a BS in Finance from Marquette University and is currently pursuing an online Masters in Organizational Leadership.
Director – Tobias Hermansson
Mr. Hermansson was formerly an intern with SACC-CO. While interning, he moved on to a paid internship with Hestra Gloves LLC in Golden, Colorado. Towards the end of his internship, Mr. Hermansson was offered a job visa with the company and is currently the Brand Coordinator at Hestra Gloves LLC. He is also a member and co-founder of the Young Professionals group of SACC-CO. With his background in the Political Science field, Mr. Hermansson has a well-developed understanding of international relations and with his position at Hestra, he is responsible for the communication between the Swedish and U.S. offices on a daily basis.
Mr. Hermansson holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Gothenburg, Sweden.
