President - Marie Forsberg-Mare
Ms. Forsberg-Mare is an experienced executive within B2B Marketing, Sales and Business Development on the global arena. She has a history of 15+ years as Product Manager/Director of Sales and Marketing of frequency control products for telecom applications. She is also a skilled market analyst, researcher and project manager, e.g. for development of digital tools for gathering, analyzing and visualizing data. As consultant and owner of SveUS she utilizes her skills and experience to provide leadership, project management, strategic planning, process improvements and creative support such as website building, copywriting and social media.
Ms. Forsberg-Mare studied International Business & Marketing at IHM Business School and Business & Office Admin. at Handelsinstitutet Ehlins-Påhlmans, Stockholm.
Vice President - Tommy Postek
Mr. Postek is a Swedish born, US licensed attorney, currently working as a law clerk for Judge Edward Bronfin in Denver District Court. Mr. Postek received his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame and his B.S. from Lynn University. He is licensed to practice law in Colorado.
Tommy, originally from Malmö, joined SACC-CO in 2019. He looks forward to helping the organization achieve its goals; all while being ridiculed for his proud Scanian dialect.
Treasurer - Ulrika Grau
Ms. Grau is a financial controller with over 15 years experience working with large international corporations as well as start-ups in the media, technology and manufacturing industries. Her background includes big 5 auditing, corporate financial controlling, and consulting. She holds a BS and MA in Finance from the University of Uppsala, Sweden.
Secretary - Nicole Forsberg
Director and Honorary Member - Don Peterson
Mr.Donald Glenn Peterson, Attorney at Law, has extensive experience helping clients navigate through the complexities of estate planning, estate administration and elder law
The position as Honorary Consul of Sweden is filled by Mr. Peterson in which he covers the states of Colorado, Wyoming and New Mexico.
Director - Martin Erkander
Director - Josephine Gutentoft
Ms Gutentoft is a Sommelier and Restaurant Manager and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts from Orebro University, Sweden, Campus Grythyttan.
She has worked in fine dining restaurants for 20 + years in Sweden, South Africa and the US. She is currently working at the Ritz-Carlton in Denver.
Director - Paul Kullman
Since 1998, Mr. Kullman has served in Beijing, São Paulo, Brussels and Guadalajara as a Commercial Diplomat for the U.S. Department of Commerce. He is currently doing a domestic tour at the U.S. Export Assistance Center in Denver. Mr. Kullman has an entrepreneurial background, having founded and managed four private companies in the trade, education, art and real estate sectors.
He holds a BA in journalism from San Diego State University, an MA in international relations from San Francisco State University and another MA in political science from George Washington University. Mr Kullman speaks Portuguese, Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, German, French, Swedish and English.
Director - Milla Lindqvist
Ms. Lindqvist is a management consultant with 10+ years of experience in management consulting. Her consulting assignments have been mainly within Strategic Business Development, IT Strategy and Program Management in various industries and ranging from small start-ups to big global corporations. She is passionate about bringing the best innovative products/services/technologies/leadership cultures from the Nordic Countries to the USA and vice versa.
Ms. Lindqvist holds a Doctor of Science (Econ.), International Business from the Helsinki School of Economics since 2007.
Director - Jill Lohmiller
Jill holds a BS in Marketing from the University of Arizona, and an MBA and MS International Business from CU Denver.
Director - Stefan Palmberg
Mr. Palmberg is a Lead Consultant/Manager with more than 25 years experience working with startups as well as domestic and international Telecom providers in Sweden, Germany, Italy, Egypt and the US. He recently moved to Colorado after 10 years as a Network Solutions Architect at BT Americas in Dallas, TX, where he was also an active member of SACC Texas. Together with his wife, he has ran several successful small businesses and holds a patent for a specialized telecom tool.
Director - Jennie Scanlan
Ms. Scanlan has a background in Business Development working with the State of Colorado, Division of Parks & Outdoor Recreation. Now running her own Virtual Assistant & Business Development consulting firm, she assists small business owners and entrepreneurs in the areas of business organization, product development, planning, marketing, administration, and social media management.
Ms. Scanlan holds a Master’s Degree in International Business from the Baltic Business School, in Kalmar Sweden.
Director - Nicklas Wihlborg
Mr. Wihlborg is a Bioprocess Engineer at Avexis, producing gene therapy treatments for people born with rare diseases. In addition, he is involved in the startup ecosystem around Colorado and is passionate about sustainable and innovative business solutions.
He holds a B.Sc. in Biomedical Science from University of South Florida, and a M.Sc. in Technical Entrepreneurship from University of Notre Dame.
