1) Cooking Show with Executive Chef Patrik Landberg who will show case how to make a Cured Salmon/Gravlax Toast

 

2) Mr. Gary Sumihiro, an accredited business leader and entrepreneur, will give you concrete tips and ideas on how to successfully start a business.

– Accurately cut the salmon

He has extensive experience in start-ups, restructuring, innovation, new market/product development, sales and marketing, HR, change management, investor/ NPO fund raising, logistics and operations.
His career has progressed from attorney, General Counsel, Chief Operating Officer, President to Entrepreneur. His work has ranged from restructuring and kaizen process improvement, to foreign investment, investor relations, new product/country launches, and Olympic sponsorships. He has been involved with legislative activities on the US and international level and has successfully engaged in government-to-government brokered deals on a wide range of issues.Mr. Sumihiro is also a partner in an international business consulting company, owner of a critically acclaimed fine dining restaurant, and President and COO of a clean energy start up company.
